The Stimulus Package

Finally, today, the Finance Minister of India, has announced the 20 Lakh Crore Rupees Stimulus Package for the citizens of India. The package was announced in 5 parts, covering the benefits shared to almost all the sectors of the industries of the nation.
To highlight some benefits:
  • Boost to MNREGA by providing additional funds making it roughly 1,00,000 crore rupees till today. (61,000 crores previous + 40,000 crores additional). This will boost the employment in the rural areas and also provide jobs for the migrant workers moving home now.
  • Additional cash in hand to all the tax payers, by reduction in the EPF percentage from 24% to 20%. So a bit more cash to survive during this tough times.
  • Loans to the MSME's to provide salaries to the employees at a relatively less interests and longer duration of repayment.
  • Ease or extension for the income tax return and the direct tax filings.
  • Clearing of the pending GST and Income Tax returns.
  • Promotion to Make in India activities by providing more subsidies and liquidity.
  • States to get more funds (loans) as per required.
  • DISCOMs and PSUs to be provided with support to clear dues.
  • Permission for private investment in coal and ISRO to move towards the development.
  • Reduction in TDS and TCS for non-salaried incomes.
  • Money for the healthcare and healthcare infrastructure.
  • Money transferred to the bank accounts via JanDhan yojana
  • RBI boost to invest into markets.
Totaling to roughly about Rs. 20,94,000 crores been provided to the nation.
Off which 10% has already been distributed, 80-85% will be distributed gradually in next few months or year and 5% you might see the effect in coming salary.

So finally the much awaited and hyped stimulus package has been announced and we will be hoping this would benefit all the Indians to sooner.

As per my observation, this is will surely help India to grow in the near years, making it reach to the 3 trillion rupees economy and also become AatmaNirbhar Bharat (Self reliant India). We welcome this beautifully made plan of the Government of India

But with the ground reality and current scenario we are facing, I think this has only boosted the mental well being of the people earning. Hard things are yet to come and like always Indians will face it bravely and come out to be supremos and economically independent. This seems to be more like what AatmaNirbhar Bharat means. Such that tomorrow, if similar things happen, none of the Indian will be looking with hopes at the Government to support them in such situations.

With this i just tried to put some light on the Stimulus Package and wish every Indian stays safe and rises up back soon.
